2.4 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at 93ok bat can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. You must use only a payment method registered in your own name — using another person's payment method is not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed.
• When betting with bonus balance, the contribution rate set for each game applies.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.
• If any bonus condition is violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Before placing a bet, carefully verify the selected event, odds, and amount. If any bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 93ok bat reserves the right to cancel it.

5.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official result of the relevant sports authority will be considered final. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 93ok bat will be considered complete and final.

5.3 Cheating and Fraud

If any user is found to have engaged in cheating, use of bots, match fixing, or any other dishonest activity, their account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5.4 System Errors

Any result or win displayed abnormally due to a software or server technical error is not valid. In such situations, 93ok bat has the authority to cancel the transaction.
